FAQ

How long does a return take?

This depends on how long the item takes to reach us once it has received we aim to issue refunds within 24 Business Hours.

 

How long do i have to return my item?

You have uto 30 days from date of delivery all our deliverys are tracked and date logged.

 

Will i receive a full refund?

Yes providing the product is in its original packaging unopened and is not damaged.

 

My Item arrived Damaged what do i do?

Raise a return as damaged within 24hours of reciving the order and we will contact you for proof and to arange a replacement if you wish to speed up this process send us a email with proof and your order id.

 

Where is my order number ?

Your order number can be found either on a sticker attached to your delivery note for example Order Number: 20000000 every number is different this is your order number.

Order Reference on a invoice from Chlo Products or any of our sister sites is found on the last line of the invoice the system requires the numbers after BL for example order BL200000000 the system requires 20000000.

In the event no order number is available please email our returns team at returns@chlo-products.co.uk quoting your name, address and any information regarding your order and we will create your return in the system.

 

Email address or postcode not accepted?

Unless you have ordered directly on Chlo Products / Flo Vents / Gutter Right your email address will not be accepted.

The best way to raise your return is with your post code typed exactly as it appears on your invoice/delivery note.

For example if your delivery note says s459DP you would need to type it in the returns field the same way if it was S45 9DP you would need to include the space.

This is for order security and is case sensitive.
