Where is my order number ? Your order number can be found either on a sticker attached to your delivery note for example Order Number: 20000000 every number is different this is your order number. Order Reference on a invoice from Chlo Products or any of our sister sites is found on the last line of the invoice the system requires the numbers after BL for example order BL200000000 the system requires 20000000. In the event no order number is available please email our returns team at returns@chlo-products.co.uk quoting your name, address and any information regarding your order and we will create your return in the system.
Email address or postcode not accepted? Unless you have ordered directly on Chlo Products / Flo Vents / Gutter Right your email address will not be accepted. The best way to raise your return is with your post code typed exactly as it appears on your invoice/delivery note. For example if your delivery note says s459DP you would need to type it in the returns field the same way if it was S45 9DP you would need to include the space. This is for order security and is case sensitive.
